Preferential loans can be taken by specialists aged 18 to 50, not 22 to 44, as it was before. Wage requirements are reduced from 150,000 to 120,000 rubles a month in cities with a million inhabitants and from 100,000 to 70,000 rubles in other settlements. At the same time, the requirements for specialists working in Moscow will remain the same — the minimum wage should be at least 150 thousand rubles per month. When calculating income, not only the salary from the main place of work, but also part-time work in an accredited IT company will be taken into account. In order not to lose the favorable rate, after obtaining a mortgage, the specialist must work in an accredited company for at least 5 years, and not the entire loan repayment period. If the employee leaves earlier, the preferential rate will apply for the next six months. Under the preferential mortgage program for IT specialists, you can take a loan with a subsidy of up to 5% in the amount of up to 18 million rubles. It was launched on the initiative of the President in 2022.
