The head of the Chechen Republic noted that all volunteers had previously been trained at the Russian University of Special Forces.
“Under the close guidance of our instructors, some have acquired and some have greatly improved their tactical marksmanship and other skills that are in demand in the combat zone. In other words, the militants are fully prepared to perform operational tasks,” added the head of the region.
The volunteers were escorted by the Chairman of the Parliament of the Chechen Republic Magomed Daudov, the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Chechen Republic Ruslan Alkhanov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Chechen Republic Abuzayd Vismuradov, Head of the UFSVNG of the Russian Federation for the Republic Sharip Delimkhanov and Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs — Chief of Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Chechen Republic Aslan Iraschanov.
