На модернизацию ЖКХ в регионах РФ направят 130 млрд в 2023-24 годах

The Russian government will allocate a total of 130 billion rubles in 2023-2024 for the modernization and creation of new housing and communal infrastructure in the regions on the terms of co-financing. This was stated by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin on Monday at a meeting with his deputies.

«We will allocate 30 billion rubles this year, and another 100 billion next year for the replacement and construction of new water, heating and sewage networks, as well as boiler houses and other heating facilities, subject to mandatory co-financing by Russian entities,» he said.

The head of the cabinet recalled the words of Russian President Vladimir Putin that everywhere, in every city and village, citizens’ apartments and houses, industrial and social facilities must be reliably supplied with heat and water.

«This program was prepared at the request of the head of state as part of the implementation of the strategy for the development of construction, housing and communal services» — added Mishustin.

In general, according to him, the construction complex shows good results and is developing dynamically. The Prime Minister asked Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin to talk about how the power grid modernization program will be implemented and about the work of the construction industry in 2022.
