In 2022, the monetary implementation of the national project «Apartment and urban environment» amounted to 99.9%. It should be noted that all objectives have been achieved. In the new year, special attention will be paid to monitoring the physical readiness of facilities and controlling their commissioning.
In the coming year, it is also planned to intensify work on the issue of restoring the rights of defrauded shareholders. Over the past year, the number of problematic properties has decreased by 1,315 homes.
At the end of 2022, all tasks of the federal Menu Infrastructure project were completed as planned. In addition, in the new year, the deadlines for budget procedures are tightening, and therefore work on managing capital investments requires an even more responsible approach.
