In his telegram, the head of the Chechen Republic announced the return of military personnel after the successful completion of the first stage of combat missions in the Luhansk People’s Republic.
Ramzan Kadyrov had a meeting with the commanders, during which they discussed the work already done and agreed further tactics.
“Due to the high-quality and competent work of our units, significant success has been achieved at the moment in the Lugansk direction. By liberating one settlement after another, our commanders have carefully studied the enemy’s tactics and already know how to advance the curve, ”said the head of the region.
Therefore, taking into account the proposals expressed at the meeting, it was decided to improve tactics, diversify the group of units that will lead the offensive in order to achieve maximum military advantage, Kadyrov said.
“In this case, we have the full support of the high command. Therefore, I can say with certainty that in the near future the Banderites and the nationalist mob towards Luhansk are waiting for a very interesting performance.
