In a solemn event in honor of this event, the head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov received at the Safiya Celebration House in Grozny.
The head of the region pointed out that the company’s employees achieved great success in a relatively short time. In particular, 29 individual deals were concluded with small and medium-sized enterprises, 130 units of special equipment were sold in accordance with Sharia standards, about 500 apartments were sold and more than 320 jobs were created. At the same time, the company’s annual turnover is more than 4.5 billion rubles.
“Such impressive results in such a short time prove the high professionalism and full commitment of each employee. In the Chechen Republic, Islamic banking is rapidly gaining momentum. This system brings great benefits to the population. In other words, it allows residents to take out loans, installments for housing, equipment and much more in accordance with the norms of Islam. This means that any interest in such a deal is out of the question,” the head of the Czech Republic wrote on his official VK page.
He also said that Favorit plans to significantly expand its operations in the future. It intends to invest more than 500 million rubles in the construction of a multifunctional residential complex on the basis of Islamic partnership in order to increase the availability of real estate for residents of our region.
During the ceremony, Ramzan Kadyrov presented the distinguished employees with Honorary Diplomas of the President of the Chechen Republic. He noted that for the inhabitants of Chechnya, obtaining the necessary equipment and housing in this way is of great importance. This saves them from ever-changing interest rates and exorbitant overpayments.
