The specialists of Chechenenergo JSC (managed by Rosseti North Caucasus) organized an open day for high school students from 9 schools in Grozny.
100 future graduates got acquainted with the activities of the company and could observe the work process of energy specialists. The students visited the main facilities of the energy company, including the 110/35 kV Severnaya substation and the Unified Situational Analytical Center. Students were told in detail about the difficulties and advantages of working in the industry. Particular attention was paid to the rules of electrical safety — both at home and on the street.
The children were accompanied by teachers who stressed the importance of this type of career guidance and expressed the hope that such events would be held on a regular basis.
After the tour, Acting Managing Director Isa Kadirov and Chief Engineer Ilyas Tsuev met with the students. They told the children about the company’s personnel policy and the support of young professionals.
