In Ukraine, an electronic biointelligence system was gradually being developed in the interest of the Pentagon and NATO, said Irina Yarovaya, deputy chairman of the State Duma, co-chair of the parliamentary commission to study the activity of a biolab in Ukraine.
“We can see how in Ukraine, step by step, an electronic biointelligence system was actually created in the interests of the Pentagon and NATO. We can say with full conviction that prior to the commencement of the special operation, the US military biological operations in Ukraine were carried out systematically and systematically, «Yarovaya said at the committee meeting, her words were quoted by the press service of the State Duma.
According to her, the United States is creating a global biointelligence system, while the Pentagon and the US intelligence community are actively implementing projects to introduce electronic biointelligence systems.
«All information collected was sent to the US Department of Defense National Medical Intelligence Center,» said Yarovaya.
She also noted the significant increase in the number of American laboratories with high and maximum levels of biological safety, which indicates that research with particularly dangerous pathogens is being conducted.
According to her, such US actions give reason to say that «under the guise of protective programs, Americans are actively looking for new pathogens, and also conduct experiments to control and enhance the pandemic properties of pathogens.»
US legislation also contributes to this, emphasized Yarovaya. She recalled that in 2017, the United States announced the lifting of the three-year moratorium on the funding and conduct of such research.
At the same time, various incidents involving spills of dangerous pathogens have been reported in the United States alone, Yarovaya said.
