It is noted that the laws may be fined up to 50,000 rubles or imprisoned for 15 days, reminded the parliamentarian. Moreover, from May, debtors will not write off social benefits from bank accounts without the written consent of the citizen.
It was made clear that parents will be able to take advantage of the new support measure — issuing benefits for a child aged 8 to 17 — he said. Another measure would allow children receiving survivors’ or invalidity benefits to withhold payment for job placement from the employment office.
He also reminded that Russian companies must terminate the agreements on placing depository receipts on foreign platforms by May 5 and stop deposit receipt programs. The changes will also affect bank transfers. The maximum transfer amount in the quick payment system will increase from 600 thousand to one million rubles, noted Volodin.
The government will approve lists of controlled goods and technologies for export controls, the politician added, reports RIA Novosti.
