According to the expert, now Russians rent apartments less often — within a month the offer fell from 8% to 20%, depending on the region. If rental prices were rising earlier, the fall in supply stabilized the costs. If the trend continues, the rental price will increase by 10-15% by spring.
At the end of 2022, there was also a decrease in the number of offers of apartments for rent by 10%, after an increase in November by 6% and October by 29%. The pricing policy became more stable after it started to fall sharply in the fall.
To date, the cost of renting an apartment in small cities has increased by 6%, in millionaires by 1%. Immediately after winter, experts expect an increase of 10-15%.
