From June 1, Russia will raise pensions for retirees who will quit their jobs in February 2022, the Pension Fund said.
It should be noted that the pensioner begins to receive a new indexed payment three months after the dismissal, but this period will also be compensated.
The pension will be increased automatically without an application.
On May 9, the Russian government presented the president with the initiative and proposals for additional indexation of pensions and social benefits. The head of the labor ministry, Anton Kotiakov, noted that such actions would slow down the decline in real incomes of Russians, RIA Nowosti informs.
