The number of confirmed cases of coronavirus infection in the country increased by 8,829 per day to 18,128,691, the operating headquarters said. In relative terms, the increase in the number of infected people was 0.05%.
The daily number of hospitalizations due to the coronavirus in Russia was 2,682, which is 0.8% more than the day before. The number of hospitalizations decreased in 44 regions of the Russian Federation, and increased in 35. The day before, 2,660 hospitalizations were registered.
