The «Party Landing» included deputies and supporters of United Russia, secretaries of local and primary party branches, representatives of social and youth organizations, activists of the «Young Guard of United Russia» — every week they check the progress and quality of construction, adherence to deadlines, etc.
Today, such an inspection took place at the construction site of a school in the village of Shatoy. As the executive secretary of the local branch of the party, Alikhan Tagirov, said, the school is being built as part of the event «Improving the sustainability of residential buildings, basic facilities and life support systems in seismic regions of the Russian Federation.» («Seismic»). The program is implemented in six regions of Russia, including Chechnya. United Russia sought to finance the goals of the «Seismic» program — its implementation is enshrined in the party’s popular program.
Other facilities include new schools in Grebenskaya, Alkhan-Kala, Gudermes, Chechchel-Khe and MKD for resettlement from foster housing in Grozny along Pogulyaev Street.
“All works are carried out in accordance with the schedule, there are no delays in terms. Let me remind you that United Russia sought to subsidize the construction of social facilities as part of the implementation of the People’s Program — these are priority projects on a national scale, state programs for social and economic development: social gasification, construction and renovation of schools, kindergartens, medical facilities, sports complexes, post offices , social support of the population, development of the labor market, integrated development of rural areas, industry, entrepreneurship, increasing investment attractiveness — said Adlan Dinaev, head of the Regional Executive Committee Chechen branch of United Russia.
The People’s Program of United Russia, with which the party won the elections to the State Duma, contains 294 provisions, the implementation of which is planned for 2021-2025. Today, a quarter of these — 72 provisions — have been fully implemented. 166 normative legal acts were adopted, including: 11 decrees of the President, 30 federal laws, 102 laws of the Government of the Russian Federation. More than 2.5 million Russians throughout the country participated in the creation of the programming document in 2021.
