The president of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, came to Grozny on a working visit.
At the International Airport in Grozny, the guest was met by the head of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov.
According to the program of the visit, the president of the Chechen Republic and the president of Tatarstan will take part in the opening ceremony of the federal stage of the competition «The best taxi driver in Russia-2021». A meeting of R. Kadyrov and R.
