The leaders of the seminars for young teachers were winners and winners of professional competitions at the all-Russian and regional levels.

A seminar by Akhmed Lamarkaev, a teacher of Russian language and literature at MBOU «School of Mathematics named after A. HELLO. Ibragimow», because the essay is the first stage of the «Young teacher» competition.
Saltukieva Radimkhan, director of MBOU «Gymnasium No. 5», told about the basic principles of public speaking, about how a young teacher can skillfully and effectively present his little teaching experience. Radimkhan Bashirovna noted that in the stationary task «I’m doing it right» it is very important to demonstrate knowledge of teaching methods and build a presentation so that later on the «Educational Lesson» test to demonstrate the effectiveness of the selected methodology in practice. At the end, she gave 10 important tips for the participants of the city competition.
Bisultanov Said-Adlan, headmaster of the Presidential Lyceum, told the participants about the features of the competition task «Open Discussion» — what exactly should be emphasized and how to build your performance at this stage of the competition.
Yesita Dzhabaeva, director of MBOU «Lyceum No. 39», talked about techniques that increase motivation for learning and contribute to success.
This year, more than 40 young teachers from schools in the city of Grozny applied for the competition.
