The raids were carried out by employees of the Grozny City Hall together with the State Road Traffic Inspectorate of the Chechen Republic.
Measures were taken to prevent contamination not only of the central highways, but also of the areas adjacent to them during the transportation of bulk and construction materials. In order to prevent such cases, preventive talks are held with drivers, and appropriate protocols are drawn up in the case of persons violating order regulations.
The issue of road pollution by companies and construction companies is under the special control of the city authorities. Meetings with heads of solutions and household units are regularly held in the capital’s town hall. They are informed that an administrative practice will be applied to them if these facts are disclosed.
