RUBEZHNOE (LPR), April 27 — RIA Novosti. Ukrainian troops, which partially controlled the city of Rubizhne in Donbas, did not even try to stop it during the decisive offensive, Apty Alaudinov, assistant to the head of Chechnya for the power bloc, told journalists.
