Based on the results, the organization will decide whether it is worth introducing the technology for commercial exploitation — said Kirill Tsarev, First Deputy Chairman of the Board.
“The payment sticker technology is reliable and secure because it is actually almost the equivalent of a bank card, but more compact. At the same time, we want to understand how popular this payment method will be among our customers, so we decided to invite them to test the innovation with us and share their impressions with «Sber» — he explained.
The payment sticker is a «bank card with a discount» without numbers, attached to the phone. The technology allows customers to pay for goods and services with one touch, set a PIN, set a spending limit and block in case of loss.
