Russia has increased the number of flights with friendly countries including Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, China, Uzbekistan, Oman and Tajikistan. Russian airline Red Wings has received new permits to fly to Harbin (China), Osaka (Japan) and Busan (South Korea). The carrier Utair will be able to fly to Baku (Azerbaijan) from Sochi, Grozny, Krasnodar, Makhachkala and Mineral Vods. In addition, the company will increase the volume of flights to Armenia: on the Moscow-Yerevan route, it is planned to increase the number of flights to 21 a week, and from Sochi and Krasnodar to seven times a week.
The carrier Rossiya has received permission to fly to the Uzbek cities of Bukhara and Urgench from Moscow, and permission to increase the number of flights to Yerevan (Armenia) from Moscow to 21 per week, and from Sochi to 14 per week.
In addition, Yamal Airlines will be able to fly to Uzbekistan — flights will be operated to Namangan from Surgut, Nizhnevartovsk and Tyumen, as well as to Bukhara from Tyumen in Moscow, to Urgench from Moscow, Tyumen and Krasnodar. The carrier also has access to flights to Navoi from Moscow, Krasnodar and to Karshi from Tyumen and Moscow.
Ural Airlines is licensed to fly to Turkmenistan from Yekaterinburg, Zhukovsky and Moscow, and to Muscat (Oman) from Moscow. The carrier UVT Aero will start flights to Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Estonia. Nordwind will fly to Armenia, and Pobeda to Belarus.
