Alexander Ibramkhaliova informed the Regional Office of Public Reception of the Chairman of United Russia Dmitry Medvedev in the Chechen Republic about the difficulties she encountered in obtaining certain documents. Lawyers from the Association of Russian Lawyers in the Chechen Republic joined the solution to the problem.
«The Ibramchalimov family, who have two young children, came to the Chechen Republic in early April as immigrants — they received Russian citizenship, but due to the registration of permanent residence in the DPR, difficulties arose in obtaining a tax identification number and a certificate of maternity capital. For our part, full legal support was provided free of charge, specialists from the department of the federal tax service and the department of the Pension Fund for the Chechen Republic were involved, ”said Isa Istamulov, chief legal specialist of the United Russia Party Regional Executive Committee, member of the Association of Russian Lawyers in the Chechen Republic.
According to him, at the moment the question of obtaining these documents has been completely resolved.
Earlier, the secretary of the general council of the pariahs, Andrei Turchak, announced that United Russia would provide comprehensive assistance to the evacuated residents of Donbas. In order to provide legal aid in every region where refugees arrive, legal aid centers are opened as part of public reception in United Russia. Such a center has been operating in Rostov-on-Don since February 20. In addition to resolving legal problems, United Russia admissions will help arriving Lao PDR residents restore lost documents, receive payments, find relatives placed in various TACs, organize medical care, and educate children.
