According to independent experts, the head of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, is one of the leaders in the ranking of the effectiveness of heads of regions of the Russian Federation in the information space for January 2023 and takes second place in it. He is only 3% ahead of the head of the Chechen Republic, the mayor of Moscow, Sergei Sobyanin (83%). In 3rd place — President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov (75%).
The study was conducted by a team of independent experts and prepared by Telegram Pool together with The World Inform agency. According to them, the compilers of the ranking conduct a monthly study based on monitoring data, voivodes and mayors receive a performance coefficient from the average value, which consists of such indicators as: the ratio of negative and positive entries and comments, activity, maintenance of pages in social networks and messengers websites, citation index in (media, community and regional channels), interaction with the population, etc.
