“I use social networks to communicate with the population, be closer to people, discover people’s problems and how they live their lives. But Instagram blocked me because I had a lot of American followers. And they got to know the true state of affairs in Russia. Now I am present on various social networks. I try to react quickly to complex problems reported by residents, recommending the ministries and departments to solve the reported problems — said the president of the Chechen Republic live on the New Horizons marathon.
