The Prosecutor of the Chechen Republic, Arsan Adayeva, held a working meeting with the head of the CRPO «Regional Center for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of the Chechen Republic», Aslambek Dadaev. This was reported on the Telegram channel of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Chechen Republic.
The subject of discussion were the issues of interaction in the protection of the rights of business entities.
Arsan Adaev noted that, in accordance with the tasks set by the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation, special measures are taken to ensure the rights of entrepreneurs. This year, the number of planned control (supervisory) activities in relation to the business was minimized. A balanced approach to the coordination of unscheduled inspections was ensured.
Work in this direction is carried out in cooperation with public organizations, including the regional center for the protection of entrepreneurs’ rights. Last year, on behalf of the aforementioned organization, the prosecutor’s office carried out inspections of the implementation of regulations on the volume of purchases from small businesses and non-profit organizations of a social nature.
In turn, Aslambek Dadaev said that the actions of the prosecutor’s office contribute to the creation of favorable conditions for entrepreneurial activity. He thanked for the meeting and expressed readiness for further cooperation in order to effectively solve current problems.
