Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin sent a welcome telegram to the participants and guests of the 30th International Educational Readings and pointed out that today, in the era of global changes in the world, it is important to pay attention to the patriotic education of young people. Mishustin emphasized that thanks to Peter I, economic, social, administrative and military reforms were carried out, a new system of education and science was created, the foundations were laid for the modern state structure of the country, which transformed Russia into a great power.
