An inter-ministerial business meeting was held at the Joint Grouping of Troops (Forces) for Anti-Terrorist Operations in the North Caucasus Territory of the Russian Federation (Khankala housing estate), during which the results of service and combat activities for the past year were discussed.
Colonel General Yuri Yashin, Chief of the General Staff of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation, chaired the meeting via videoconference. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Central Office of the Russian Guard, the command of the North Caucasian District of the National Guard Troops, the Joint Group of Forces, representatives of the management of cooperating structures, as well as commanders of units and sub-units performing tasks within the group.
The meeting noted the full implementation of all tasks assigned to the units of the various law enforcement agencies of the group and the continued stabilization of the situation in the North Caucasus.
Based on the results of the service and combat activities of the group, the leadership of the Russian Guard highly appreciated the work of the OGV personnel.
At the end of the event, tasks for 2023 were defined.
