February 16, 2023. Adnan Nagayev, Chairman of the Chechen Republic’s Parliamentary Committee on Social Policy, Health and Sports, held a regular meeting of the relevant committee.
The members of the committee considered the draft laws of the Chechen Republic «On Amendments to the Law of the Chechen Republic «On Physical Culture and Sports in the Chechen Republic» introduced by the Government of the Chechen Republic and «On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Chechen Republic Chechen Republic». They unanimously decided to recommend to the Council the inclusion to the agenda of the next plenary session of the Parliament of the Chechen Republic.
Moreover, the participants of the meeting adopted decisions on a number of draft federal laws submitted for approval to the Parliament of the Chechen Republic by the State Duma and the government of the Russian Federation. In particular, these are: «On Amendments to the Law of the Russian Federation «On Psychiatric Care and Guarantees of the Rights of Citizens in its Provision» and Art. 79 of the Federal Law «On the Basics of Protecting the Health of Citizens in the Russian Federation» (with regard to the maintenance and use of medical records containing information about the provision of psychiatric assistance to a person in a compulsory mode); «About changes in Art. 6 of the Federal Law «On Additional State Support Measures for Families with Children» (on annual notification of holders of a certificate of maternity (family) capital about the amount of capital or its remaining part); «On amendments to the federal law «On physical culture and sports in the Russian Federation» (in terms of improving legal regulations for the use of modern remote technologies in the organization and conduct of cultural and sports events); «On Amendments to the Federal Law «On the State Data Bank on Children Left Without Parental Care» (on the information interaction of the State Data Bank on Children with the state information systems EGISSO and FSIS FRI); «On Amendments to the Federal Law «On Compulsory Pension Insurance in the Russian Federation» (On Changing the Procedure for Payment of Insurance Contributions for Compulsory Pension Insurance by Self-Employed People from Military Pensioners); «About changes in Art. 1 and 6 of the Federal Law «On Additional Guarantees of Social Assistance to Orphans and Children Left Without Parental Care.»
