During the meeting, the head of the Chechen Republic announced that a stele would be erected in Grozny to commemorate the heroes who died in a special military operation in Ukraine, as well as those who died during the years of fighting terrorism in Ukraine. territory of the Chechen Republic. According to him, the stele will stand on the site of the mosque under construction on Muhammad Ali Avenue. The mosque itself is a unique architectural structure, near which there are 5 minarets named after close associates of the First President of the Chechen Republic, Hero of Russia Akhmat-Khadzhi Kadyrov.
