04/28/2022. The 20th plenary session of the parliament was chaired by Shaida Zhamaldayev, Deputy Marshal of the Supreme Legislative Body of the Chechen Republic.
During the meeting, the deputies adopted two regional laws — “On the amendment of art. 38 and 39 of the Law of the Chechen Republic «On the State Civil Service of the Chechen Republic», developed to adapt the republican law to the federal law and «On the procedure for the participation of the Ministry of Finance of the Chechen Republic in checking the compliance of candidates for the position of the head of the financial body of the city district, city district of the Chechen Republic with qualification requirements for the head of the financial body of the commune «, developed to ensure the participation of the financial body of the Chechen Republic in the procedure for appointing the head of the financial body of the city poviat (city district) of the Chechen Republic in accordance with the provisions of Part 5 of Art. 52 of the Federal Law of October 6, 2003 No. 131-FZ «On General Rules for the Organization of Local Self-Government in the Russian Federation».
In addition, the deputies unanimously appointed Isaev Aslambek Uvaisovich to the vacant post of judge of peace of the Chechen Republic in judicial district No. 65 of the Itum-Kalinsky district of the Chechen Republic.
Draft laws of the Chechen Republic — “On the amendment of art. 6 and 14 of the Act of the Chechen Republic «On Education in the Chechen Republic», «On Recognition of Invalidity of the Laws of the Chechen Republic», «On the Redistribution of Powers in the Chechen Republic, the Sphere of Organization of Recreation and Improvement of Children’s Health between Local Self-Government Bodies of Municipal Formations and Executive Authorities of the Chechen Republic» were adopted in the first reading.
By unanimous decision, MPs also supported draft federal laws, legislative initiatives and appeals from legislative bodies of the country’s constituent entities.
