May 17, 2022. Member of the Seym of the Chechen Republic, Alamachad Elsajew, took part in the event devoted to the Day of Young Voters, which was prepared and conducted by the Territorial Election Commission of the Szalin District together with the administration of the commune.
The event was attended by: Deputy Head of Administration of the Shali Municipal District Ruslan Rashitov, Chairman of the Council of Deputies of Shali Ibragim Bakayev, Deputy Chairman of the Council of Deputies of the Shali Municipal District Umar Dombayev, Chairman of Territorial Elections Ismail Akhmadov District Commission, Head of the Circuit Organizational Department of Nueva Shali Shali District Administration election commissions 312 and 309 respectively of Shali Indir Bisultanov and Malik Paytaev.
The «Electoral rights» quiz was held during the event. Three teams of students from Shali’s educational institutions, who showed excellent knowledge of the electoral law, competed for the awards. Based on the results of the quiz, the jury awarded the first place to the VI LO MBOU team, the second place was taken by the team from LO No.1, and the third by the team from LO No.5. In turn, Alamachad Elsayev, on behalf of the Writers’ Union of the Chechen Republic, presented books to all participants of the event.
