04/28/2022. Under the chairmanship of Isa Bisayev, an extended session of the Committee of the Parliament of the Chechen Republic was held on the budget, banks and taxes.
Apart from members of the commission, the meeting was attended by the Minister of Economy, Territorial Development and Trade of the Chechen Republic, R. Szaptukajew, and deputy finance ministers of the Chechen Republic, S. Junajdov and Kh-A. Eskirkhanov, First Deputy Director of CR TFOMS A. Alkhanov, Deputy Director of CR TFOMS R. Gaziev, Head of the Budget Department of CR TFOMS I. Akmurzaev, Head of the Department of Financial Resource Creation and Static Reporting in the Compulsory Medical Insurance System TA. Gairbekov, deputy chairman of the Accounting Chamber of the Chechen Republic I. Chatuev, auditors of the Accounting Chamber of the Chechen Republic S. Reshiev and M. Gaerbekov, deputy head of the Federal Treasury Department of the Chechen Republic I. Dakaev.
The following draft laws of the Chechen Republic were considered at the meeting: «On approval of the report on the implementation of the republican budget for 2021», «On approval of the report on the implementation of the budget of the Territorial Compulsory Health Insurance Fund of the Chechen Republic for 2021», «On the amendment to the law of the Chechen Republic» On corporate tax. Members of the commission unanimously decided to recommend to the Council of the Parliament of the Chechen Republic to include these projects on the agenda of the next plenary session.
In addition, the committee reviewed the report on the activities of the Accounts Chamber of the Chechen Republic for 2021 and considered 4 draft federal laws submitted for approval to the parliament of the Chechen Republic by the legislative bodies of the country’s units. They are also recommended to the Council to include the next parliamentary session of the Chechen Republic on the agenda.
