The national platform for online course placement will replace companies that have exited the market, RIA Novosti was told at University 2035, the development organization of the Russian Educational Platform (ROP).
«In the near future, a national platform for conducting online courses will appear in Russia, which will replace the services of foreign companies that have left Russia … The product is implemented based on domestic technologies and solutions and will completely replace the foreign resources on which Russian universities previously hosted their courses» — we read in the announcement.
Ekaterina Lyubimova, Vice-Rector for Education at University 2035, said the key features of the new products could be personal, continuous support for lifelong human development, continuous improvement of the effectiveness of educational technologies through digital footprint analysis, and the introduction of artificial intelligence.
The developers noted that the ROP will enable Russian universities and companies to publish their courses online, as well as monetize the content posted, reports RIA Novosti.
