The year 2023 was declared the Year of the Chechen language by the President of the Chechen Republic, Hero of Russia Ramzan Kadyrov. Therefore, the Minister of Culture of the Chechen Republic, Aishat Kadyrova, inaugurated the «Read in your native language» relay. She appealed to subscribers to replenish street libraries with their favorite books in the Chechen language, and to take the ones they like and read from them.
