This was announced by the head of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, at a meeting in Grozny with the heads of the republic’s medical institutions. Former Minister Idris Baisultanov was transferred to the post of adviser to the head of the Chechen Republic on social affairs.
According to R. Kadyrov, medicine requires a special approach to it and making operational decisions.
“Healthcare is a difficult area. It requires constant attention. To make it even better, you need to work around the clock. Much depends on the work of chief doctors. Problematic problems should not arise in our hospitals with a properly established interaction between the structural units concerned, ”he said.
The head of the Chechen Republic congratulated S. Lorsanov on his appointment and wished him good luck in his new job.
“I have known Suleiman for a long time and I know him well. When he was the head of a medical facility, everything was so well established in his hospital that there was a thought as to whether such order existed in other hospitals. The process of functioning and medical care over the population has been set at the highest level. Despite his relatively young age, Suleiman is able to find a common language with opponents of various levels, and in addition he is a very demanding, professional specialist and competent businessman ”- said R. Kadyrow.
The head of the Chechen Republic also thanked the former Minister of Health of the Chechen Republic, I. Baisultanov, for his work and wished him success in his new position.
During the meeting, the deputy chairman of the government of the Chechen Republic, Elkhan Suleimanov, submitted a report on the epidemiological situation in the Chechen Republic.
“Today our situation is completely stable. In total, about 30 patients in our centers for patients with coronary diseases and not a single person in the intensive care unit. Nevertheless, no one knows how the evolution of the new coronavirus infection will change or how new strains will emerge. Therefore, the system is ready for such a situation. There are enough reserves to overcome even the great waves we had in mind at the beginning of the pandemic, said E. Suleimanov, the Press Service of the Head and Government of the Chechen Republic reports.
