The State Duma State Construction and Legislation Committee recommended the adoption at second reading of the draft law on non-compliance with the requirements of the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) in the Russian Federation.
«We support the first table amendments … This week (we will consider) it at second reading,» said committee chairman Pavel Krasheninnikov.
As the first vice-chairman of the committee, Daniil Bessarabov, added during the meeting, in line with the amendment to the bills, it is proposed to refuse to implement the decisions of the ECtHR adopted no later than March 16, as indicated by the draft text for first reading, but informs RIA Novosti after March 15th.
