GROZNY, February 4 — RIA Novosti. The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, published an archived document video the first president of the republic, Akhmat-Khadzhi Kadyrov, where he promises to end the war and wrote an appeal to him.
In the commentary to the recording, he noted that his father had kept his word. According to the head of the republic, the war ended even when Kadyrov Sr. «told the truth» and «was the first to bravely stand up against false ideologues.»
