GROZNY, February 13 — RIA Novosti. The assistant to the head of Chechnya, the commander of the special forces «Akhmat», the deputy commander of the 2nd Corps of the People’s Army of the LPR Militia Apty Alaudinov was poisoned a few days ago, now nothing threatens his life, informed head of the region Ramzan Kadyrov.
«On February 8, Alaudinov’s adjutant received an envelope with a message for the general. It turned out that the letter was saturated with a poisonous substance. Apti Aronovich understood this from the caustic specific smell and took action in time: he washed his hands and rinsed the nasal cavity. The general’s adjutants who contacted poisoned, were admitted to the sanitary battalion, where, thanks to the skilful and competent actions of the chief and two paramedics, one of whom turned out to be a professional toxicologist, serious consequences were avoided,» wrote Kadyrov.
According to him, Alaudinov and both adjutants are in a Moscow clinic recovering.
