In accordance with the Law of the Chechen Republic of July 19, 2006 No. 23-RZ «On Citizens of the Qualification Commission of Judges of the Chechen Republic», the Parliament of the Chechen Republic announces the acceptance of candidates’ applications for appointment by representatives of the public to the Qualification Commission of Judges of the Chechen Republic.
Candidates for members of the public in the Qualification Commission of Judges of the Chechen Republic may be proposed by persons specified in Part 2 of Art. 4 of the Law of the Chechen Republic of July 19, 2006 No. 23-RZ «On Public Representatives in the Qualification Council of Judges of the Chechen Republic».
Nominated candidates must meet the requirements set out in Art. 3 of the Law of the Chechen Republic of July 19, 2006 No. 23-RZ «On Citizens of the Qualification Commission of Judges of the Chechen Republic».
A candidate recommended by a public figure for the qualification commission of judges of the Chechen Republic must submit to the Parliament of the Chechen Republic:
a motion addressed to the Chairman of the Parliament of the Chechen Republic to consent to his appointment as a representative of the public in the qualification commission of judges of the Chechen Republic; a copy of the passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation; a copy of the diploma of graduation from law studies; a copy of the work book and (or) information on labor activity, drawn up in accordance with the procedure established by law; medical certificate on the state of health; Job description.
The passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation and the original diploma of graduation are presented by the candidate during the interview.
