20/05/2022. At the meeting of the Parliamentary Committee of the Chechen Republic on Legislation, State Building and Local Government, chaired by Artur Chadżyjew, the current draft laws and initiatives submitted to the region’s legislative body were considered.
The committee considered the draft law of the Chechen Republic «On Amending the Law of the Chechen Republic of December 29, 2014 No. 59-RZ» On the Election of Deputies of Representative Bodies of Communes in the Chechen Republic «. The members of the commission unanimously decided to recommend to the Council of the Seym of the Chechen Republic to put the bill on the agenda of the next plenary session of the legislative body.
The republican bills «On Recognition of the Law of the Chechen Republic» On the Dismissal of the Head of the Chechen Republic «and» On Amendments to the Law of the Chechen Republic «» On the Procedure for Granting and Maintaining Class Ranks of the State Civil Service of the Chechen Republic «as invalid, it was decided to recommend that the Council send him to the mailing list in the purpose of receiving feedback and comments.
The committee members also considered the initiatives of the Murmansk Regional Duma and the State Assembly (Il Tumen) of the Republic of Sacha (Yakutia). They will also be recommended for inclusion in the agenda of the next parliamentary session of the Chechen Republic.
