04/26/2022. The 16th session of the Council of the Legislative Body was held under the chairmanship of the Deputy Speaker of the Parliament of the Chechen Republic, Shaida Zhamaldayev, at which draft republican and federal laws were considered.
The Council unanimously included in the agenda of the next plenary session 4 regional bills — “On the amendment of art. 6 and 14 of the Act of the Chechen Republic «On education in the Chechen Republic», «On the recognition of the law of the Chechen Republic» On the redistribution of powers in the sphere of recreation and improvement of health «as invalid between local self-government bodies and the executive authorities of the Chechen Republic», «On the amendment of Art. 38 and 39 of the Law of the Chechen Republic «On the State Civil Service of the Chechen Republic», «On the mode of participation of the Ministry of Finance of the Chechen Republic in checking the compliance of candidates for the replacement position of the head of the financial body of the city poviat, city poviat of the Chechen Republic, qualification requirements for the head of the municipal financial body.
In addition, at the next meeting, members of the parliament of the Chechen Republic will consider 26 federal laws and appeals of the constituent entities of the country, as well as a candidate to be appointed to the vacant post of a judge of the peace Chechen Republic.
