RESOLUTION
OF THE PARLIAMENT OF THE CHECHNY REPUBLIC
fifth convocation
On the support of federal bills
After consideration of draft federal laws, the Parliament of the Chechen Republic decides:
1. Support the following federal bills:
No. 267846-8 «About the change in Art. 396 and 398 of the Land Code of the Russian Federation” (on making plots occupied by drainage forests available for lease without auction);
No. 263340-8 «About changes in art. 3 of the Federal Law «On the adoption of the Land Code of the Russian Federation» and Art. 11 and 16 sec. 5 of the Federal Law «On Assistance in the Development of Housing Construction» (in the scope of extending the catalog of categories of citizens who may be admitted as members of housing and construction cooperatives);
No. 226998-8 «On Amending the Federal Law «On the Conduct of Citizens in Gardening and Subsistence Gardening and on Amending Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation»;
No. 246138-8 «About the change in Art. 3 and 4 of the Federal Law «On State Support in the Field of Agricultural Insurance and Amending the Federal Law «On Agricultural Development»»;
No. 263090-8 «On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation» (in terms of clarifying the concept of «urban settlement» in Article 2 of the Federal Law of October 6, 2003 No. 131-FZ «On General Rules for the Organization of Local Self-Government in the Russian Federation» ;
No. 262362-8 «About the change in art. 44 of the Federal Law «On the General Principles of Organization of Public Authority in the Subjects of the Russian Federation» (in terms of clarifying the powers to promote employment of the population);
No. 263921-8 «About the change in Art. 251 of the Federal Law «On the State Civil Service of the Russian Federation» (on the extension of the age limit for civil service in certain positions);
No. 242098-8 «On Amending the Federal Law «On the Basics of Health Protection of Citizens of the Russian Federation» and the Federal Law «On Civil Status Records» (on legal regulation of change, gender correction) ;
No. 275030-8 «On Amendments to the Federal Law «On Veterans» (On Annual Cash Payment to Veterans on Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War);
No. 253987-8 «About the change in art. 24 of the Federal Law «On Veterans» (on the announcement of a day of mourning in connection with the burial of the last disabled person or participant in the Great Patriotic War who lived in the territory of the municipality );
No. 270457-8 «About the change in art. 221 and 223 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (on improving the mechanisms of electronic document management in the field of labor relations);
No. 253352-8 «On Amending the Federal Law «On Veterans» (On Granting War Veterans and War Disabled Persons and Their Family Members the Right to Psychological Assistance and Medical and Psychological Rehabilitation);
No. 242381-8 «On the amendment of art. 11 of the Federal Law «On Compulsory Social Insurance against Accidents at Work and Occupational Diseases»;
No. 178067-8 «On Amendments to the Federal Law «On Physical Culture and Sports in the Russian Federation»;
No. 154496-8 «On Amendments to the Federal Law «On Security of Critical Information Infrastructure of the Russian Federation»;
No. 247037-8 «On Amendments to the Federal Law «On Industrial Safety of Hazardous Production Facilities»;
No. 232776-8 «On Amendments to the Federal Law «On Railway Transport in the Russian Federation»;
No. 265996-8 «On Amendments to the Housing Code of the Russian Federation» (in terms of improving the procedure for holding general meetings of owners of premises in an apartment building);
No. 272604-8 «About the change in Art. 1611 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation” (in terms of simplifying the procedure for representing the interests of the owners of an apartment building by the chairman of the apartment building council);
No. 202320-8 «On the tourist tax and amendments to the federal law» On the general principles of the organization of public authorities in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation» (on the introduction of the tourist tax);
No. 230881-8 «About changes in Art. 14 of the Federal Law «On the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises in the Russian Federation»;
No. 251963-8 «About the change in Art. 9 of the Federal Law «On Commissioners for the Protection of Entrepreneurs’ Rights in the Russian Federation» (on the early termination of the powers of the Ombudsman for the Protection of Entrepreneurs’ Rights in a unit of the Russian Federation);
No. 263090-8 «On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation» (in terms of clarifying the concept of «urban settlement» in Article 2 of the Federal Law of October 6, 2003 No. 131-FZ «On General Rules for the Organization of Local Self-Government in the Russian Federation» ;

2. Send this resolution to the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
3. The resolution comes into force on the day of its adoption.
