February 20, 2023. The deputy of the Seimas of the Chechen Republic, Ibragim Edilov, went to the rural settlement of Znamenskoye, where he met with Mairbek Satuev, deputy head of the administration of the Nadterezny municipal district for social affairs.
The meeting discussed a wide range of issues related to education, culture, sport, social protection of the population, spiritual and moral education and youth employment.
Particular attention was paid to the preparation of events dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Chechen Republic and other important historical dates. We discussed the development and popularization of the Chechen language, national traditions and customs.
The parliamentarian noted that the head of the Chechen Republic, Hero of Russia, Ramzan Kadyrov, declared 2023 the Year of the Chechen language. According to him, this is an important event for our nation and everyone should make every effort to preserve our language, traditions and customs of our nation.
The conversation also concerned the development of the small business sector, which produces significant amounts of agricultural products.
And in this respect, attention was drawn to the need to improve the regulatory framework for the operation of small businesses in rural areas, and to implement measures to support them. According to the MEP, they are extremely important both for the food supply of the region and for the sustainable development of rural areas.
Finally, the MEP made recommendations on relevant areas of work. I wish success and fruitful work to all the staff of the District Office.
