On April 27, the Federal Bailiff Service will carry out an all-Russian information campaign “Know your rights. Find out about your debts.
The action is carried out in order to provide advisory and practical help to the population. During the action, everyone will be able to obtain information on safe methods of obtaining information about debt arrears and its timely repayment, actions taken to support the parties to enforcement proceedings: maintaining a decent wage, providing installment plans, etc.
As part of the All-Russian campaign on April 27, an Open Day will be held in all structural divisions of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia in the Chechen Republic from 10:00 to 16:00, as well as advising citizens during the working day in public places, including multifunctional centers, legal clinics, employment offices, etc.
As part of the action, Chechen bailiffs will also inform citizens and representatives of legal entities about the negative effects of late repayment of debts and will pay special attention to the need to repay debts in the manner indicated on the official website of the Office.
In order to provide legal advisory assistance to citizens, on the day of the claim there will be telephones of the «hotline» in cases of enforcement proceedings.
